Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. the Awesome Cowboy has been shipping internationally for many years. Depending on the country and region, we ship via FEDEX, Post or you may specify the transport company.

What about customs charges?

You will need to pay duty fees when your package arrives. If you have further questions on these charges please contact us.

Extra Handling Charge - we reserve the right to apply an extra handling charge in special cases.


Shipping Charges

Shipping cost is based on the number of items purchased.

Ground Shipping to Canada & USA are received within 6 business days*

 

To anywhere in Canada flat rate shipping cost applies *

$10 for the first item $5 for every additional item

For example shipping of one hat or one shirt  $15

                           1 hat and 1 shirt    $20     
                           1 hat & 1 buckle    $20
                           2 hats                      $20
 

To anywhere in the USA a flat rate shipping cost applies *

$20 for the first item $10 for every additional item.

For example shipping of one hat or one shirt  $20

                           1 hat & 1 buckle    $30

* These fees exclude Canadian territories & non-continental USA

If you would like to ship anywhere else please contact us at info@awesomecowboy.com for rates. Please specify what you would like to purchase and how soon you would like to receive your order.

International Shipping

Due to shipping regulations not all items are available to ship internationally. Reasons for these restrictions include the item's material content and origin of manufacturing as well as individual policies of destination countries.

you will be presented with one or more shipping options, depending on your country. International shipments typically take between 3 and 20 days, depending on method and country, to arrive. For your convenience, the shipping costs provided include all taxes and brokerage fees. This does not include duty which is calculated at the border & will be due upon delivery.

Important Notes

  • Orders are usually packed and ready to ship in one to two business days.
  • Shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
  • A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Duties are set by the destination country. The amount of applicable duty will be determined when crossing the border and you will be required to pay any added charge to receive the goods.
  • Please note due to shipping regulations, not all items available on the site can be shipped internationally.

Duties, Taxes and Shipping
You will receive a price quote for shipping fees & taxes during checkout excluding duties . The price quote for duties is based upon the national laws of the country to which the order is shipping. All shipping fees, taxes and brokerage fees are included in your shipping cost & will be paid at the time you place your order.

Itemized Fees in International Shipping Costs
Shipping costs may include the following charges:

  • Freight - Transportation costs incurred by the Carrier
  • Fuel surcharge- Additional charge incurred by the Carrier to account for an increase in fuel charges (% of freight)
  • Insurance – Accounts for insuring the package and will be included on orders shipping via Federal Express
  • Taxes - The Value Added Tax (VAT) charged by the country
  • Brokerage - The amount charged by the Broker to clear customs
  • Disbursement - The amount the Carrier charges to disburse the costs to the country
  • Other Fee(s) - The transaction fee and any additional costs that may incur (i.e. rural area charges, extra fees for a particular country, etc.)

Changing an Order
Unfortunately, once an order is placed we are unable to make any changes or modifications. This includes changing the product, the address or the payment method. Should you need to change your order, and it has not processed, you will need to cancel the original order and place a new order. Unavailable Items
During order processing, should we find that one or more of the items ordered are unavailable to ship your entire order will be cancelled. If your order is cancelled you will receive a notice via email with links to the website to place a new order.

In general we will charge $10 for the first item and $5 for each additional item anywhere in the Canadian provinces. In general we will charge $20 for the first item and $10 for each additional item in the continental USA. These prices are subject to our discretion, we will inform you if your order does not comply and we will give you options.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I Return My Purchase?

the Awesome Cowboy will accept your returns for exchange or credit within 10 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in new condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn). 

A restocking fee applies to certain items.
